Minor or Treatable Conditions

Minor and common puppy concerns such as mild colds, parasites, diarrhea due to food change, ear infections, or minor skin irritation are usually treatable and are not considered life-threatening.

Injuries After Purchase

Accidents, trauma, poisoning, falls, or injuries that happen after the puppy leaves our care are not covered under this guarantee.

Illnesses Acquired After Leaving Our Care

Exposure to contagious illness, unsafe environments, or unapproved contact with other animals after pickup or delivery is not covered.

Failure to Follow Vet Guidance

This guarantee becomes void if the owner does not follow recommended veterinary treatment, vaccination schedules, or proper care instructions.

Neglect or Improper Care
